Personal Finance for Financial Peace presented by Billie Jo Sweeney

Everyone wants financial peace.   The number one reason for divorce in the United States is money problems.  Clearly we haven’t all attained the peace of mind that comes with financial security. The objective of this course is to help prepare you for the personal financial decisions that are a necessary to gain financial peace. We will use text, video and community liaisons to learn ways to have financial peace now and prepare for a healthy financial future.   Some of the topics covered in this class are: SMART goals, Debt Reduction, Budgeting, Long and Short Term Investments, Retirement Savings, Good and Bad Credit, Bank Accounts and Risk Management.  No extra text is necessary.  Pencils, paper and a good attitude is all you need to bring.

Step-by-Step Acrylic Painting Class presented by Allison Lowe

Have you ever wanted to learn to paint? Then this is the class for you, we will be painting a different landscape each week. It will be finished within the hour and a half so you will get to go home with a finished painting each class. I break down the painting into steps, making it easy for those who do not feel comfortable with art, to still have fun and feel successful. No previous artistic experience is needed. It's about having fun and trying something new! The cost of this class is $5, which covers all supplies.

Crafter’s Group presented by Christine Rich
